A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT A~REEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR MINOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
NO. 86-24
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on December 7,
1987, by Russell Stanley West Incorporated as developer, for the improvement of
public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the east side of Santa Anita Avenue, north of
Fourth Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Department, Minor Development Review No, 86-24; and
WHEREA~, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agre~ent on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of January, 1988.
