A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR
THE FURTHER PROCESSING OF COUNTY APPROVED TENTATIVE MAPS.
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: This resolution shall apply only to those
tentative tract maps which were approved by the County of San Bernardino
prior to incorporation, which are hereinafter listed by tentative tract
number in Section 6 of the Resolution. Said tentative tract maps are
hereinafter sometimes referred to as "approved tentative tracts".
SECTION 2: No final map with respect to an approved tentative
tract shall be filed, or further processed if already filed, unless a
new appl;cation for processing of the final map is filed with the City.
Final maps shall be accepted and processed, or further processed, in the
order in which new applications for processing are received. There
shall be no phasing for final map submission, approval or recordation.
Final maps shall be allowed to record when all requirements of the
Subdivision ~ap Act, the Subdivision Ordinance and the conditions of
approval of the approved tentative tract have been met, and all applicable
fees have been paid.
SECTION 3: Plans for building permit plan check may be
submitted after recordation of a final map. Building permits may be
issued upon successful completion of plan check, provided, however, that
no more than the allocated number of building permits shall be issued
during any calendar month.
SECTION 4: The number of building permits that are allocated
during any calendar month shall be seventy-five (75) plus the unused
allocation, if any, from the preceding calendar months. The monthiv
allocation shall commence upon the date of adoption of this Resolution.
SECTION 5: In the event at any time applications for
building permits exceed the allocation available, the BuildinR Official
shall use the priority list set forth in Section 6 of this ~esolution to
determine the order of building permit issuance.
SECTION 6: The approved tentative tracts, which are the
subject of this Resolution, in order of priority are as follows:
a) Tract 9472;
b) Tract 9479;
c) Tract 9480;
d) Tract 9193;
e) Tract 9262;
f) Tract 9387;
g) Tract ~454;
h) Tract 9434;
i) Tract 9435;
j) Tract 9436;
k) Tract 9437;
1) Tract 9567;
m) Tract 9637;
n) Tract 9638;
o) Tract 9589;
p) Tract 9264;
q) Tract 9423.
~ECTION 7: Applications for grading permits may be submitted
after recor~ation of the final map. Grading permits may be issued upon
approval of grading plans by the Building Dfficial and City Engineer,
and upon payment of all applicable fees. There is no phasing for issuance
of ~rading permits.
