A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 12057
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 12057)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 12057, submitted by Western States
Development, and consisting of I parcel, located at the northwest corner of
Feron Boulevard and Helms Avenue was approved by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga on January 11, 1989; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 12057 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Parcel Map No. 12057 be and the same
is approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County
Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 1989.
