A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND DEDICATION FROM
CUCAMONGA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
established requirements for construction of frontage improvements in
conjunction with the 19th Street Project - West City Limits to Carnelian
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, installation of street pavement, curbs, gutters, driveway,
sidewalks, storm drain, relocating water lines located along the north side of
19th Street from Sapphire Street to Cucamonga Creek shall be made a part of
the 19th Street Project; and
WHEREAS, Cucamonga County Water District has agreed to dedicate
Right-of-Way as reimbursement to the City for said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve and accept said Improvement Agreement,
authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City
Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 1989.
