ARESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 5981,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP N0.5981)
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 5981, submitted by Arlan W.
Walton, and consisting of 3 parcels, located on the east side of Sapphire,
south of Hillside, being a division of a portion on the west one-half of
Lot 2, Block 18, Cucamonga Homestead Association Lands, as recorded in
Book 6 of Maps, Page 46, Records of San Bernardino County, California
was approved by the City Engineer of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on
January 17, 1980; and,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 5981 is the final map of the
division of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met by entry into an improvement agreement guaranteed by acceptable
improvement security by Arlan W. Walton as developer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said improvement agreement and
said improvement security submitted by said developer be and the same
are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said
improvement agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest; and that said Parcel Map Number 5981 be and the
same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present
same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this Ztll day of January, 198I.
