A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THJ~ CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVINC IMI~OVEMENT ~IEEHENT J2QD
IMPROVEMXNT SECURITY FOR 6737 FAST AVENUE
WIlEaFt2, the City Counci I of the City of ltsncho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement A~reement executed on
October 17, 1986, by Gerald Wilbur and William James Hesslet as developer, for
the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located at 6737 East Avenue (AI~
227-071-21); and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property; and
WHENEAS, said Improvement A2reement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement A~reement.
N(N, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Raucho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement ASreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby spproved and the Nayor is
hereby authorized to slZn said Improvement A~reeaeut on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APFROVED, and ADOFrED this 19th day of November, 1986.
