WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map gusher 9487, submitted by Brunswick
Corporation and consisting of 4 parcels, located on the west side of Haven
Avenue, between Church StreeZ and Postbill Boulevard, being a division of Lot
14 of TrecC 11428 as recorded in Book 158 of maps, pages 19-21, Records of said
County was approved by the Planning Commission of Cbe City of Rencho Cucamonga;
and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map gusher 9487 is the final map of the division of
land epproved as shown on said TenCative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said Ciry bays now been met.
