A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMEN~
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR U.S. POST OFFICE PROJECT .-
APN 208-351-71
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension
executed on March 15, 1989, by Berry Construction Inc., as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
- described therein, and generally located on the northwest corner of White Oak
Street and Arrow Route; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are approved and the Mayor is authorized
to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 1989.
