A RESOLUTION OF.THE iCilY COUN~I~ OF'~h'E ~IY~ O~ RA~CHQ- ..
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING,.IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMEN! SECURITY FOR TRACT 13445
WHEREAS, the Cigy_ Council of .the. City of Rancho:. Cucamonga,
c'~ii~o'rni'a,' has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension
executed on March 1, 1989, by The William Lyon Company as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the northwest corner Victoria Park
--Lane and Rochester Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13445; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are approved and the Mayor is
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 1989.
