A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CiTY CO(~CIL OF THE ~£'1'~ OF RANCHO
~GA, CALIFORNIA, AFFR0VlNG /MPROVfl~T ~ AND
~ S~CURITY AND ~.WASE OF TIME Cf~TIFICATE OF
DEPOSIT FOR CUP 87-26
WHEREAS, tb~ City Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
accepted an Improve~_nt ~gre~ent and Security on September 16, 1988, by OAS
Investors, as developer, for the /mprov~ent of public right-of-way adjacent to
the real property specifically described therein, and generally located on the
northeast corner of Foothill Boulevard and Vineyard Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting that the city C~uncil rel~e the
Time Certificate of Deposit and replace it with Faithful Performance and Tabor
and Material Bonds for the same amounts.
WHEREAS, said Impr~ Agreement is secured and acc~L~anied by good
and sufficient /_~provement Security, which is identified in said Improv~nent
NOW, THerEFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Security is approved and the Mayor is
authorized to accept the Improvement Security on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the city Clerk to attest thereto.
