Home My WebLink About86-119 - ResolutionsRESOLUTION NO. 86-119 A RESOLUTION OF THE CIU COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RtdCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INT~TION TO FORM LANDSCAPE MAINTBI~ANCE DISTRICT NO. 6 (CARYN PLANNED COMMUNITY), PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972 AND OFFERING A TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTI08S THERETO WHEREAS, on May 7, 1986, this City Council adopted Resolution No. 118 ProposinS the formation of an assessment district to be known as "Landscape Maintenance District No. 6" for the purpose of maintaininS certain landscape improvements to be located within said assessment district; and WHEREAS, on May 7, 1986, this City Council preliminarily approved an EnSineer's Report with respect to said "Landscape Maintenance District No. 6" and caused said EnSineer's Report to be filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Rancbo CucamonSa; and WHEREAS, this City Council desires to form Landscape Maintenance District No, 6 for the maintenance of certain landscape improvements to be located herein. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rancbo CucamonSa does hereby resolve as follows: SECTION 1: This City Council hereby declares its intention to order the formation of an assessment districE to be known as "Landscape Maintenance Distric~ No. 6" for the purpose of maintaininS certain landscape improvements therein and to levy and collect assessments pursuant to the LandscapinS and LightinS Act of 1972. SECTION 2: The landscape improvements to be maintained within the boundaries of Landscape Maintenance District No. 6 are more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 3: The Seneral location of Landscape Maintenance District No. is more particularly described on the dieSram attached at "Exhibit B" and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 4: Reference is hereby made to the Engineer's Report on file with the City Clerk of the City of Rancho CucamonSa for a full detailed description of the boundaries of Landscape Maintenance District No. 6 and the proposed assessments upon assessable lots and of land within said assessment district. SECTION 5: This City Council hereby sets the date, time and place of a public bearinS on the formation of Landscape Maintenance District Ho. 6 to be as follows: DATE: June 4, 1986 TIME: 7:30 p.m. PLACE: City Council Chambers at 9161 Base Line Road. City of Rancbo Cucamonga SECTION 6: The tit7 Clerk of the tit7 of Rancbo CucamonSa is hereby authorized and direc=ed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be published at least once, ten (10) days before the date Be= for said public hearinS in The Daily Report, a newspaper of Seneral circulation published in the City of Ontario and circulated in the City of Rancho CucamonSa. The City Clerk is also authorized and direc=ed to cause a Notice of Public Hearing to be sent by firs~ class mail to those persons whose names and addresses appear on the last equalized county assessment roll or the State Board of Equalization Assessment roll with respect to the real property to be included in Landscape Maintenance District No. 6.
