NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Ebe City of Eancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Aareemant and said Improvement Security subsisted by said developer be and the sam are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said ImprovemanE A~reemenE on behalf of the City of Rancbo CucamonBa, and the City Clerk Eo attest; and that said Parcel Map leo. 9301 be and the sam is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present sama to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
