A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT
AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM ARCHIBALD ASSOCIATES, A
CALIFORNIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, as a general condition precedent to the recordation of Tract
No. 12532, the City requires the construction of missing off-site street
improvements including 1/2 landscaped median island adjacent to the property
to be developed; and
WHEREAS, the Developer desires to postpone construction of such
improvements until a later date, as determined by the City; and
WI~EREAS, Archibald Associates, A California Limited Partnership has
executed a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by referneee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cueamong-a, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1985.
