A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RANCHO
CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING EXHIBIT "C" OF THE
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE DISTRICT
AND THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIREFIGHTER'S LOCAL 2274
REGARDING PARAMEDIC STIPEND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999/2000
A. RECITALS.
(i) Representatives of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District
("District" hereinafter) and the Rancho Cucamonga Firefighters Local
2274 have met and conferred pursuant to the provisions of the
Meyers-Milias-Brown Act (California Government Code §3500, et
seq.) with regard to wages, benefits and other terms and conditions
of employment.
(ii) Representatives of the District and Local 2274 have agreed upon
and presented to this Board amendments to the Salary Schedules,
specifically Exhibit "C", of the current Memorandum of Understanding
pertaining to paramedic personnel of Local 2274 effective, July 1,
1999, specifying the results of said meet and confer process.
(iii) The District desires to amend the existing compensation plan for
paramedic personnel.
(iv) All legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution have
occurred.
B. RESOLUTION.
NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection
District of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California that the attachments to the Memorandum of
understanding (MOU) are approved and incorporated by reference as Amendment 1 - Exhibit "C",
effective July 1, 1999.
