HomeMy WebLinkAbout88-130 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 88-130 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL INITIAL STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION FOR THE PROPOSED VICTORIA STREET IMPROVEMENT FROM ETIWANDA AVENUE TO EAST AVENUE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has reviewed all available input concerning the proposed Victoria Street Improvements; and WHEREAS, said improvements require an Environmental Assessment; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve as follows: SECTION 1: The City Council of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves the Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Categorical Exemption for the proposed Victoria Street Improvement. SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act. PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 1988.
