A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT
NO. 88-O1B AMENDING THE CIRCULATION ELEMENT OF THE RAN~O
CUCAMONGA GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a duly advertised public hearing to
consider all comments on the proposed General Plan Amendment No. 88-O1B;
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga City Council hereby makes the
following findings:
A. The Amendment does not conflict with the Circulation Policies of
the General Plan.
B. The Amendment promotes goals of the Circulation Element.
C. The Amendment would not be materially injurious or detrimental to
adjacent properties.
SECTION 2: The General Plan Circulation Map shall be amended to show
new and revised streets as follows:
The double intersection of Hillside Road and Amethyst Street be
eliminated and replaced by a single intersection and a reverse curve
between Amethyst Avenue and proposed Klusman Avenue.
SECTION 3: A Negative Declaration is hereby adopted based upon the
completion and findings of the Initial Study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Rancho Cucamonga City Council
does hereby approve General Plan Amendment 88-O1B.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1988.
