A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
GdCAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 9192,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 9192) , IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 9192, submitted by Marlborough
Development C~mpany, and consisting of 4 parcels, located between Banyan Street
and Highland Avenue and between Rochester and Milliken Avenues, was approved by
the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga Cucamonga on May 22,
1985; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 9192 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval
of the Final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry
into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by
Marlborough Development Gompany as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement
on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and
that said Parcel Map No. 9192 be and the same is hereby approved and the City
Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for
record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1988.
