A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCMO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SEO3RITY FOR ELM AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on February 10,
1988, by Lewis Homes of California as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way generally located on Elm Avenue from Church Street northeasterly
to Spruce Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the rems thereof, is to be done prior to
development of adjacent real property; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1988.
