HomeMy WebLinkAbout88-078 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 88-078 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO ~dCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 9498 (4TH STREET MEDIAN) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on February 17, 1988, by Reiter-Rinker Gateway as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally located on the northeast corner of Haven Avenue and 4th Street; and WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 9498 (4th Street Median); and WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement Agreement Extension. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
