A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAPDNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
FOR RAMONA AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Ramona Avenue
Reconstruction have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer;
and,
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1988.
