A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCMO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER 5
TO C. 0 . #85-63 , AND AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR
THE PREPARATION OF DESIGN CONSTRUCTION PLANS, SPECIFICA-
TIONS AND COST ESTIMATES FOR THE DAY CREEK CHANNEL
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Rancho Cucamonga has pre-
viously engaged the services of Boyle-Ludwig Engineering by an agreement for
consultant services (C. 0. #85-63 for the preparation of construction plans for
Day Creek Channel); and
WHEREAS, the City now desires to change the scope and direction of the
workings and whereas Boyle-Ludwig Engineering is in agreement to such changes
in scope and direction in the project and agrees to perform the additional work
for a fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED to accept and execute the attached
"Engineering Services Contract Change Order No. 4" to C.0. #85-63 in the amount
of $12,680.00 to be paid from Day Creek Funds.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1988.
