A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
COMMON USE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE
SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Common Use Agreement between the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the San
Bernardino County Flood Control District for the Hermosa Avenue Improvements adjacent to the
Deer Creek Flood Channel; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement is for the construction, operation and maintenance of
roadway improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, hereby resolves that said Common Use Agreement be hereby approved and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Common Use Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May 2001.
