A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC
HEARING WITH RESPECT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
AND SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
FOR AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE RANCHO
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Rancho Cucamonga Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency")
has initiated proceedings for the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan for Amendment No. 2 to
the Rancho Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, according to Section 33458 of the Health and Safety Code, the City
Council shall consider at a public hearing the Redevelopment Plan submitted by the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby consents to a Joint Public Hearing with
the Rancho Cucamonga Redevelopment Agency on the
proposed Redevelopment Plan and Supplemental Environmental
Impact Report for Amendment No. 2 to the Rancho
Redevelopment Project at the following time and place:
Date: June 6, 2001
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Place: Council Chambers
SECTION 2: The City Clerk, in cooperation with the Secretary of the Agency,
is authorized and directed to give notice of such public hearing in
the form and manner required by law.
