A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA ACCEPTING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE CORPORATE YARD, PHASE II,
WAREHOUSE, AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF THE
RETENTION AND FILING A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements have been completed to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer; and.
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and the
City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May 2001.
