A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA,APPROVING AMENDED
TRACT MAP NUMBER 15911
WHEREAS,a modification to Development Review 99-72 for Tract 15911,submitted
by Concordia Homes and consisting of 55 single-family lots located on the east side of East Avenue
north of Base Line Road, was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, on February 14, 2001, and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and
Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Amended Tract Map No. 15911 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said modification to DR 99-72; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of this
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by the existing Improvement
Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by Ryland Homes, the previous
developer; and
WHEREAS, the new developer, APHRC 78, LLC, submits for approval said Tract
Map offering for dedication,for street, highway and related purposes,the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said existing Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security previously provided with Tract Map No. 15911 shall continue to apply towards
Amended Tract Map 15911, and that the offers for dedication and the final map delineating the
same for said Amended Tract Map No. 15911 are hereby approved and the City Engineer is
authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4`h day of April 2001.
