Time permitting, we can discuss other matters of interest but we have another workshop following this one, so time will be limited. Attached for your review is a copy of a memo from Engineering staff describing the proposed infrastructure phasing for the Victoria Arbors project. At the February 24 workshop, staff handed out a copy of the Fiscal Analysis and the applicant handed out his proposed development concept showing the buffering around the winery.
