A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA APPROVING THE JOINT USE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA AND THE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT
RELATING TO THE CUCAMONGA MIDDLE SCHOOL
GYMNASIUM
WHEREAS, on this 16`h day of May 2001 representatives of the School District
and the City have prepared a Joint Use Agreement for the planned construction and use of the
Cucamonga Middle School Gymnasium
WHEREAS, the City and the School District will work out the amount of any City
contributions to the project if additional space is added to the project by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves the Joint Use Agreement between the City of Rancho
Cucamonga and the Central School District relating to the Cucamonga Middle School
Gymnasium and hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement on
behalf of the City.
