A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTIONG THE
CORPOARATE YARD BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS,
AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF THE RETETION OF FILING
A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements have been completed to the
satisfaction of the Cit Engin3eer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolve, that the work is hereby accepted and the City
Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 6`h day of June 2001.
