A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA APPROVING THE ISSUANCE AND
SALE OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY RANCHO REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT 2001 TAX
ALLOCATION BONDS
RECITALS:
The Rancho Cucamonga Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency") has proposed
to issue bonds (the "Bonds") pursuant to its Resolution entitled "A Resolution of the Rancho
Cucamonga Redevelopment Agency Authorizing the Issuance of the Agency's Rancho
Redevelopment Project 2001 Tax Allocation Bonds, and the Execution and Delivery of a
Supplemental Indenture, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement, a Purchase Agreement and an
Official Statement and Approving a Preliminary Official Statement," a copy of which has been
presented to the City Council at this meeting and a copy of which is now on file in the office of
the Secretary of the Agency.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY FINDS, DETERMINES, RESOLVES AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The issuance and sale of the Bonds by the Agency, in accordance
with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agency Resolution
described in the recitals hereof, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
