A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA,CALIFORNIA,APPROVING TRACT MAP
NUMBER 15866, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS,Tentative Tract Map 15866, submitted by APHRC24, LLC, a Delaware
Limited Liability Company, and consisting of 25 lots located at the southeast corner of Milliken
Avenue and Vintage Drive, was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, on September 13, 2000, and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and
Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS,Tract Map No. 15866 is the final map of the division of land approved as
shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
'final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement
Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by APHRC24,LLC,a Delaware Limited
Liability Company, as developer; and
WHEREAS, said Developer submits for approval said Tract Map offering for
dedication, for street, highway and related purposes, the streets delineated thereon and the
easements dedicated thereon for storm'drain, sidewalk, street tree and landscape purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement
Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga,and the City Clerk to attest; and that the offers for dedication,easements and the final
map delineating the same for said Tract Map No. 15866 is hereby approved and the City Engineer is
authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED,AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2001.
