A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 15516
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 15516, submitted by Dynamic Builders/Erin
Madison, LLC, and consisting of five parcels, located at the northwest corner of Jersey Boulevard
and Rochester Avenue, being a division of 7.9 acres of land, was approved by the Planning
Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on April 25, 2000; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 15516 is the final map of the division of land approved
as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement
Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by Dynamic Builders/Erin Madison,
LLC, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement
Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that said Parcel Map No. 15516 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be
filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 201" day of June 2001.
