A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ,.
PARCEL MAP NUMBER 15579
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 15579, submitted by The Price
Companx, A California Corporation, and consisting of three parcels, located on the north
side of 4 Street, east of Buffalo Avenue, being a division of 19.96 acres into three parcels,
was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, on March
28th, 2001; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 15579 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of
the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA-HEREBY RESO,LVES,,that said Parcel Map No. 15579 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City'Engineer is authorized to present same to the County
Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 5`h day of September 2001.
