A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
ALMOND TRAIL DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS FROM;BERYL
STREET TO 1400 FEET WEST, CONTRACT NO.X01-!d47 AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF'eaMPLETION
FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Almond Trail Drainage Improvements from Beryl Street to 1400
Feet West, Contract No. 01-047, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer;
and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
