A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA,CALIFORNIA,APPROVING TRACT MAP
NUMBER 15492 AND IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY AND MONUMENTATION CASH
DEPOSIT
WHEREAS,Tentative Tract Map No. 15492,submitted by KB Homes G Los Angeles,
located at the southeast corner of Milliken Avenue and Terra Vista Parkway, being a division of 139
single-family lots on 33.3 acres of land in the Low Medium Residential District of the Terra Vista
Community Plan,was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,on
January 10,2001,and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No.
28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS,Tract Map No. 15492 is the final map of the division of land approved as
shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement
Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by KB Homes G Los Angeles as
developer; and
• NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement
Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved, and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Maintenance and Improvement Agreements on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that said Tract Map No. 15492 is hereby
approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for
record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September 2001.
