A RESOI/3TION OF THE C1'1~ ODUNcI~ OF THE CIT~ OF

WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 11563, suhnitted by Barton
Development C~any and consisting of 11 parcels, located west of Red Oak Street
approximately 510 feet north of Jersey Boulevard, was approved by the Planning
C~.4ssion of the City of Pancho Cucamonga; and
WH~%EAS, Parcel Map N~nber 11563 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WH~EEAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said city have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Parcel Map Number 11563 be and the same is approved and
the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Reoorder to be
filed for record.
