A RESOLLrfION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF ~ ciTY OF RAN~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROWI~M~T ~,
/I~PROV~M~IFf SEtURIT~, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 13542-2
WH~REAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 13542-2, consisting of 30
lots, sukmdtted by Grigsby Development, Inc., Subdivider, located ~m~t of
Chaffey College between Wilson Avenue and Banyan Street has been suhnitted to
the city of Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider for al~proval by said City as
provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in
c~L~liance with the requirements of Ord/nance No. 28 of said city; and
WHEREAS, to meet the re~H~ements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement Agre~_nt sulxaitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and suhnits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for street and highway purposes
the streets delineated_ thereon.
NOW, TH~EFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cuca~onga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and same is approved
and the Mayor is authorized to execute sam~ on behalf
of said City and the City Clerk is authorized to attest
2. ~hat said Improvement Security is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and oontent
thereof by the city Attorney; and
3. ~nat the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on behalf
of said City.
