A RESOLUTION OF THE c±'lY GOUNCIL OF THE CZTY OF RANf~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, PK~,~ASING AN AGRE~I~5~gT FOR
PO~l~ OF A~F~OVAL OF CC&R'S FOR TRACT 13445
WHflREAS, to meet the requirements, as a prerequisite to approval of
building permits for Tract 13445, the subdivider of said tract, The William Lyon
C~L~Ty, entered into an Agreement for Post~ of CC&R's; and
WHEREAS, said re~d~a~ents have been met by the recordation of CCAR's,
document No. 88-240022 recorded in San Bernar~ County, California, and the
current developer, ~he William Lyon O~,~any, su~tted a Revocation, Release,
Satisfaction and Cancellation of Agreement for approval and execution by said
city.
NOW, THerEFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. Tnat said agreement be and t_he same approved and the
Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said
City and the City Clerk is autherized to attest thereto
and cause same to be recorded upon said execution.
