A NOTICE OF CC~4PL~'I'£ON FOR THE NORK
WHEREAS, the ~t~ction of public improvements for Ar~ VII Sto~
Drain, Ph~ II haw been c~leted to the satisfacti~ of the City Engine;
W~EREAS, a Notice of O~,~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the work oamplete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cu~nga does
hereby resolve that the work is accepted and the City Engineer is A3/thorized to
sign and file a Notice of C~t~letion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOFi'~3 this 21st day of Dec~m~r, 1988.
