CL~AMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROV~4f~TS FOR
BAKfR AV~gUE/~ ROUTE STO~ DRAIN AND ~f~l' II~PRDVf~F~
AND AUTHORIZING THE F~.~NG OF A NOTICE OF (~I'ION ~OR ~
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Baker
Avenue/Arrow Route Storm Drain and Street Improvements have been c~L~lee_~__ to
the satisfaction of t_he city Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~letion is re~,~red to be filed, certifying
the work c~L~lete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to
sign and file a Notice of C~uletion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino
PASS~, ~VfI), and ADOFi'~3 this 21st day of December, 1988.
