A RESOLUTION OF THE UlTg COUNCIL OF THE ci'lY OF PJ%NC~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING ~HE PUBLIC IMPRDV~4~I~ FOR
DR 87-31 AND AUTHORIZING THE ~'~.TNG OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public i~provements for DR 87-31 have
been c~L~leted to the satisfaction of the City ~k~gineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~L~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~lete.
NOW, THerEFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to
sign and file a Notice of C~letion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPr~3 this 21st day of Dec~ber, 1988.
