~, CALIFORNIA, ACC~wI'ING THE IW3BLIC IMPRfTvq~D~i~ FOR
TRACT 13059 AND AUTHORIZING THE ¥~.TNG OF A NOTICE OF
O2~4PL~i'iON FOR THE WORK
WH~qEAS, the oonstruction of public improvements for Tract 13059 have
been c~,~leted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~,~letion is re~H~ed to be filed, certifying
the work c~,~lete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is accepted and the city Engineer is authorized to
sign and file a Notice of C~letion with the County Recorder of San Bernard±no
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPi'~3 this 21st day of Deoember, 1988.
