A RESOLUTION OF THE c±'l~ COUNcib OF THE CiT~ OF RAN(2~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THEPUBLIC ~ FOR
TRACT 13191 AND AUTHORIZING THE ~u~,]]gG OF A NOTICE OF
O2~4PLhT£ONFORTHE~DRK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13191 have
been c~,~leted to the satisfaction of the City f~gineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is re~,~ed to be filed, certifying
the work c~lete.
NOW, THf~EFORE, the City Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves that the work is aocepted and the city Engineer is authorized to
sign and file a Notice of C~letion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino
