A RESOLUTION OF THE Cl'l~ COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF RANONO
~NGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVfl~gTS FOR
TRACY 11893 AND AU17~ORIZING THE ~'~./NG OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 11893 have
been c~L~leted to the satisfaction of the city Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is re~Hred to be filed, certifying
the work c~lete.
NOW, THf~EFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cuca~nga does
hereby resolves that the work is accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to
sign and file a Notice of C~letion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino
PASSED, APPR0VfD, and ADO~i'~3 this 21st day of December, 1988.
