A .RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA. CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PAR6~ MAP NUMBER 10238
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 10238)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 10238. submitted by Cucamonga
County Water District and consisting of 3 parcels, located at the northwest
corner of Foothill Boulevard and San Diego Avenue. being a division of 4.62
acres of land into 3 parcels in the Flood Control designation, was approved by
the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 10238 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P~CHO f~OCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Parcel Map Number 10238 is approved and the City
Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for
record.
