UJCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ·
FOR DR 86-13 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
.- COMPLETION -FOR-'THE WORK .... ..-
WHERF2kS, the construction of public improvements for DR 86-13 have
bean completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WRERF2~, ,a~Notice of.Completion . is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to
sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1988.
