A_ REsOLuTION' 6~~' THE CITY COUNC~. OF THE CITY OF RAI~CHO
GUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR PARCEL MAP 8680 ~ AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE
OF ~OMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Map 8680
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
· WHEREAS, a Notice of Gomp19tion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucemonga does
hereby resolve that the work is accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to
sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1988.
