A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW NO~ 88L18
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on December ?,
1988, by Colavin Group as. developer, for the .improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real propert~ specifically, descrihed~thereln, .and generally.
located at the west side. of Santa Anita A~enue, J2000'~ north of.4~th Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, describ_e4 in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
on3unct~on.wlth the development of said.real property as referred, to Planning
Commission, Development Review No. 88-18; and
WHEREA~, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THER~FORE~ THE CITY ~UNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Improvement Agreement and said' Improvement Security be
and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucemonga, and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1988.
