A RESOLUTION OF THE ~1'1%~ COt~CIL OF THE ~'l'~ OF RANCHO

Sf~ICES AS A M~BER OF THE ci'l'~ CDUNCIL
WH~{EAS, Jeffrey King was elected to the City Council in April, 1984;
and
WH~5~EAS, City Councilman Jeffrey King was elected by his colleagues to
serve as Mayor frc~ April of 1986 thro~ November of 1986; and
WHEREAS, during his tenure as a member of the Rancho Cucamonga City
Council, Jeffrey King has continually provided his colleagues and the citizens
of Rancho Cucam~nga with outstanding leadership, dedication and cu~etence; and
WHEREAS, while a member of the city Council, Jeffrey King was
instrumental in i~proving the economic and social well being of the c~t~nity by
participating in decisions regarding many aspects of cc.~uutinity life which will
have a lasting i~pact on the City of Rancho Cucamonga and its residents; and
WHEREAS, Councilman King has chosen not to seek reelection in Nove~t~r
of 1988.
NOW, ~H~%EFORE, the City Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve, on behalf of its citizens, c~,.ends Jeffrey
King for his outstandirg leadership while serving as a member of the City
Council and extends best wishes for continued success in his future endeavors.
