A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR LION ST, SOUTH OF 9TH STREET AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILinG_ .OF. A NOTICE OF' GOMPL~ETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Lion Street,
south of 9th Street have been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to
sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County.
PASSED, ~PPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1988.
