A RESOLUTION · oF THE CITY COUNCIL. 0~F THE.CITY.OF RANCHO .......
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ......
FOR ARCHIBALD AVENUE ENTRY MONUMENTS AT 4TH STREET AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF. A NOTICE OF. COMPLETION FOR THE
WORK
WEERF~S, the construction of public improvements for Archibald Avenue
Entry Monuments at 4th Street have been completed to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer; and ..
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to
sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1988.
